WLE Designs use state-of-the-art computerised embroidery machines for all of our customers’ orders. Taking the place of traditional hand stitched embroidery, these modern machines are capable of performing very intricate work at very fast speeds.
Much like with digital (DTG) printing, the design is created digitally before applying it to the material. Once formatted correctly, it’s sent to the embroidery machine to be stitched onto the garment or item of your choosing. With the piece of fabric tightly secured in place, it’s then centred to make sure the sewing needle is in the correct position and away it goes!
